Before you ask
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No. It’s month to month with no notice period. If you want to stop, tell us and we’ll close out the current month and hand over your files in whatever format you need — including full access to your own software, which was always in your name anyway.
What if my transaction volume changes?
Seasonal swings are expected and we don’t re-price for them. If your volume changes structurally — you hire three people or open a second location — we’ll talk about moving tiers before we change anything on an invoice.
Do you need access to my bank account?
Read-only access to the transaction feed, which is enough to do the work and not enough to move a dollar. You approve and release every payment yourself. We will never ask for full banking credentials, and you should refuse anyone who does.
How do I send you receipts?
However suits you. Most clients photograph them with an app that files them automatically. Some forward emails to a dedicated address. One drops a shoebox off every quarter, and that’s genuinely fine too.
Does this replace my accountant?
No, and be wary of anyone who says it does. You still want an accountant for your corporate return and tax planning. What changes is that they receive a clean reconciled file instead of a bag of paper, which is usually where the saving is.
